I absolutely love the idea of yoga for kids, although I don’t do yoga myself I know letting my daughter do it is a great and natural way to engage her body and imagination. The premises of this DVD is the kids get to partake in an eco-themed adventure letting them become fragile egg shells, leaping dolphins and even  condor.
